Florida State University ROTC stand Honor Guard over the Florida Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

Said it is to "THANK the Vietnam Vets and all vets for their sacrifice."

It's very refreshing to hear that todays youth, who we often look upon as spoiled and undisciplined, still have those with a sense of duty and honor and show respect for those that ensured their freedoms remain intact.
