My father, and 82nd Airborne veteran, passed away this year. This last weekend I picked up several boxes of books from his home, which was sold. I have saved what I want and have to dispose of the rest. My plan is to put them out in return for donations where I work (I work for the Army, with lots of Air Force, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard folks around). I want to list the donations as going to something supporting the troops, preferably 82nd Airborne. I found the 82nd Airborne Division Association Educational Fund, which would be OK, but does anyone know an organization which provides support to the currently deployed troopers?

www.soldiersangels.com does an excellent job of helping out the troops. I adopt from them but they have numerous programs to help. Wounded Warrior Project is another.
