A little while ago, I got a call from the RNC requesting a donation. I wasn't planning on making a contribution, but hey, the Surrendercrats changed my mind.

I'm sure the RNC appreciates the Surrendercrats!

Merry Christmas!!!!!! Laughing

If you caught AL Franken at all on C-Span bookTV this weekend at the Jimmuh Carter hall or foundation in Georgia belive me I was just channel surfing I can not stomach his garbage for more then a few minutes just to see what he is up to.

It looks like he is planning a Senate race in MN. ???

we will all need to back his oppostion !!!

anybody here from MN? or anyone familar with the politics there..?

I hadn't acrtually heard the term "Surrendercrats" before.
I prefer referring to them as the "Chu Hoi Party" of John Kerry.

Personally, I don't believe Frankenfool could get elected to anything. I can't think the people of Minnesota are stupid. His campaign would be nothing but a moan, groan, and pi**ing affair. Thje guy has nothing positive to say and folks don't like that kind of negativity.

I would never underestimate the power that celebrity holds over the average American voter. If Jesse "The Body" can get elected in Minnesota, Franken may be tilling fertile soil.

True observation, but Jesse was a third party phenomenon garnishing less than 50% of the vote with the Dems and the GOP fractured and disorganized. Jesse had held local offices, so had a resume of sorts. AlFrankenfool is and would be a Liberal Dem with notoriety, not so much celebrity as his radio career is far from stellar (his rating are not measurable. Jesse turned out to be a dud. I think they learned a lesson. I would also add, had it not been for The Little General Ross Perot, Clinton would not have won. It's possible for Franken to make a showing, but highly unlikely in my opinion. Franken could probably get elected in MA, NY, CA or maybe VT, but those jobs are taken.

For those not in VN, you probably better explain what that means. We got a lot of younger people out there on this site supporting us against the War of the World.
