willing to pay whatever it costs. She wants to be part of the club that views Americans with contempt, a US senator. It is a gamble in that if she wins lobbies will cover her investment for quid pro quo, yet if she loses it is all gone. The cover could already be in though. Is she willing to leave her congressional seat if she loses her Senate bid? If not it is possible she has already covered her loss. Personally, I do not buy her soft side attempt to appeal on Hannity tonight.
Look at her face and you can see 50 years of scowling pissed off woman written all over it. No amount of make-up and advisors can soften this life long pissed off contemptuous attitude.
Her acting was beyond bad and even referred to her father as an it at one point. Typical of bankrupt elitists who view the money their parents slave to make to provide them comfort with contempt. Pathetic.
Enough for me to say get lost lady. _________________ "An activist is the person who cleans up the water, not the one claiming its dirty."

GenXr,
on that score, worth repeating, a "club that views Americans with contempt, a US senator" I completely agree. The posterboys of today's senator...Schumer, Kennedy, Kerry, Durbin....don't leave one with a good taste in ones mouth at all. The few good ones have been demonized out of office (Gingrich comes to mind). So pretty much all we have left are the 'pi$$ed off and the pi$$ed on' remnants of a once esteemed organ now dedicated to the destruction of a political system, as if it were the ACLU. And the desire to hear oneself talk, or see oneself in print, pretty much the only requirement on the resume!
As to her personal reasons for running for that seat, I've no idea. But anyone would be an improvement over Nelson, anyone at all. While Harris may be too controversial, along the lines of our ex-Congressman Bill McCollum, I would vote for either one of them. Both are worthy, and capable of improving senate.gov.
So I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, eh
