From http://powerlineblog.com/archives/013680.php
Iraqi Jamal al-Din at the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) emphasizes that Iraqis still need America’s help.
He says that though politicians like John Kerry call on the U.S. to withdraw from Iraq, Jamal al-Din warns that Kerry's approach would represent “a defeat for the modern and civilized world” and a “victory for bin Laden, Zarqawi, and terrorism all over the Middle East.” Terrorism would then once again “knock on the door” of the West.
Thanks, Mr. Kerry**

Ol Lurch is up to his old tricks. He advocated our defeat in Viet Nam and with the help of the likes of Hanoi Jane, Ramsey Clark and a host of others, succeeded. Even though it was not a Military defeat, it was a political and public defeat for the country.
Today, he advocates the same for Iraq. He seems to like little more than seeing America defeated or at least, embarrassed.
When I hear him call himself a "patriot," I almost gag. He must mean he is a patriotic Soviet. |

Most real patriots I know don’t have to tell people they are patriots. You just know. Liberals seem to have a great need to tell us common folk that they are patriots. _________________ I was going to become an anarchist, but they had too many rules. |
