School officials were talking with some students Monday at West Limestone High School after receiving additional complaints from parents about offensive material shown to students by teacher Steve White.
“We’re investigating that now,” said Superintendent Dr. Barry Carroll.
White, who is a Democratic candidate for the District 4 seat on the state House of Representatives, was previously accused of showing an offensive Internet video against the Bush administration to his eighth grade science class at West Limestone High School.
“We’ve had some calls from parents about other allegations and we are talking to students,” Carroll said. “We hope by (Tuesday) we will be able to determine something and move in whatever direction we need to.”
Carroll did not describe the new complaints but one parent said an obscene video showing an animated Bill Clinton was shown to students.
Christy Jackson, whose son is in White's eighth grade science class, reported last week that White had shown an Internet clip from filmstripinternational.com to the class.
Jackson said White also made her son say “John Kerry rocks” before leaving class one day.
[why does this not suprise me?! >.<]
The clip refers to President Bush as an a--hole and includes disparaging remarks about top people in the Bush administration, as well as Fox News personalities such as Bill O’Reilly.
The clip also included the s-word and showed someone “flipping a bird.”
Because computers in Limestone County schools have controls barring student access to inappropriate material, the Internet clips may have been sent via e-mail and then shown to students. |

Living in the county next to Limestone, I can assure you that this slimeball will not receive kid-glove treatment, the American Criminal Leniency Union's inevitable involvement notwithstanding.
Hannity played some of the clips today and will feature the flap on H&C tonight.

Stop? The exposing of it is just getting started!
Our socialist left-leaning teachers have been doing this for a long time, indoctrinating students, held captive in the classroom, in ways of socialism. Exposing them is long overdue. |
