Kerry admitted he made mistakes in 2004 but said he’s learned from them.

"Yes, we could have put more money into a few things to answer a few things better," Kerry said. "I will never, ever make that mistake again. If I (run again), we’re going to go at these guys and we’re going to take back what we deserve, which is our future."
