So the govt. is charging this guy with treason.
Charged with Treason
After reading the charges, got me wondering just what the difference between what this guy did and what John Kerry and Jane Fonda did.
Looks like the same...same offense to me.
I believe if I was him I'd ask my lawyer to tell the govt. "Hey, you didn't charge them...you can't charge me."
