In the face of the threat of confirmation blocking in the Senate, Bolton will step down when the 110th Congress convenes. Biden and other senators think he is too "brusque" to effect change in the UN.
What a tragedy for the US. This foretells what a Dem congress means for America.

Very sad to see Bolton go. But, for himself he did the right thing by resigning , and not let the Senate humiliate him by refusing a vote .. he deserves better
