A BILL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Stolen Valor Act of 2005'.
SEC. 2. FINDINGS.
Congress finds that--

(3) changes to the current statute are necessary to allow law enforcement personnel to protect the reputation and meaning of these medals.
SEC. 3. MILITARY MEDAL PROTECTIONS.
Section 704 of title 18, United States Code, is amended--
(1) in subsection (a)--
(A) by inserting `purchases, attempts to purchase, solicits for purchase, mails, ships, imports, exports, produces blank certificates of receipt,' after `wears'; and
(B) by inserting `attempts to sell, advertises for sale, trades, barters or exchanges for anything of value' after `sells';

(3) by redesignating subsection (b) as subsection (c);

(5) by adding at the end the following:

Thanks to the many folks who have given some feedback. It is what keeps us trucking on. We do what we do and have done for years as a public service. From Vet Rights and Adjudication of claims to part time wannabe investigation, ZERO fees have ever been charged or asked for, nor does Wannabe Slayers solicit or accept donations.

The search feature above will be the backbone of finding info on any confirmed wannabe in a matter of seconds... NOTE: Only the 10 most unwanted are posted on the front page - we may change that to 20 (unfortunately)] thus check by List All or Search by criteria (at the top of the page ) to find if your individual is already listed or not. The PoW Network Database below is all so crawling with the unwanted - many not listed here. Make sure you check there as well before filling out the form.

Those who track and chase and want an account (never a charge here either) at the site to list their wanna's - please contact. You can remain annon. when you list if you so choose. Please send prefered username & passwd. You can change both in your private area as you see fit. We would love to see this site turn into a one stop shop ( national database ) of those exposed. If that were to happen we would turn control over to eeither PoW Network or another group who meets our service criteria (FREE) like VeriSEAL

This page is also an invitation to sue me for any info at the site - so only CONFIRMED can be listed ( be they publically exposed yet or not - as long as their story can be confirmed as unTrue.) I will only give out information on source/lister of info by court order, period

Suggestions.. ? always welcomed. Despite the fact I am doing the thing - it's YOUR site, your Honor to be reclaimed from the theif who steals --- and hopefully restored via appology ( if possible )
