While I'm loathe to even link to this website, check out the picture of Kerry in this bit of leftist satire...(I won't reproduce it here)

Here's a clue to enhance your satire nuanced ones...Kerry was in the (with apologies to the U.S. Navy) NAVY...ya know? Those guys/gals near water a lot?
Nitwits. |

Not only is the uniform NOT Navy, it is also an Army Medical Corps uniform.
As a member of the elite Navy Hospital Corps, let me first say that I am glad they did not put Kerry in an navy enlisted HM uniform. Second, let me say that I am vicariously insulted on behalf of the Army Medical Corps.
Is this a Photoshop of a Hawkeye Pierce photo? _________________ Doc Ford

After further review, I notice there are Army 2nd Lt bars on the shoulder. No physician I know has butter bars. Now I am really confused. _________________ Doc Ford

I'll go out on a limb here, but my thought is that the uniform (especially with the tan tie) looks more like WWII era?
Could it be a hazy WO1 rank we're looking at?
However, that's identified as a Marine WO1.

P.S. I thought that was Army Medical Corps as well but, in deference to the Army, I thought I'd leave THAT unspoken |
