Kevin served as engineer on the first boat I commanded, ASPB 92-8 in Rivron 9 of the Mobile Riverine Force. He worked for me from Nov 68 to about March 69. He was awarded a Navy Cross for action on 11 Jan 69. I wrote the citation.
