| spent the whole morning standing in long lines, trying to get out of Palm Beach. pull up to curb, have e tickets for the flight, NO GOOD today. Have to stand in line and get new tickets, eight hours later, standing in line, to get on flight to Charlotte N C, only flight that was actually flying, although not to my destination. We had been standing in this line for 2 hours, and out walks Ted Kennedy, he was with a dark haired lady, don't know if his wife or his baggage carrier. Ted is just pushing his way through our line, like we were the unimportant people he steps on all the time, guess he couldn't walk around us. It was only Ted and this 40ish dark haired lady, and she's carrying all their bags and he's saying 'come on'. Surprised he was there so early, what with the Plame carnival still going on in DC. Guess he wanted to get away!!!!! |
