I'd say Schwab has a pretty slick ambulance chaser.

I have a better way to deal with the likes Schwab and it wouldn't take 16 years or more.

Of course, the State Attorney has a decent idea as well,

Quote:
State Attorney Norman Wolfinger said Schwab can still serve science in death.

"We have sharks and whales wash up on the beach all the time and scientists can study them," he said. "I have no objection if they want to study him after he receives his injection."

...and a culpable enabler in the Florida judicial system. Take a look at the grinding wheels of justice in the state of Florida...the same system that brought you the debacle of Election 2000...

Just one reason I live so far away from my native state.

Personally, I think they should rebuild and use "Old Sparky" again.

The murder of 11-year-old Junny Rios-Martinez is very similar to another murder that took place in Tennessee in 1979.

8 year old Cary Ann Medlin was murdered September 1, 1979. Robert Glen Coe sexually molested her, choked her, and finally cut her throat and watched her bleed to death. She was my cousin Charlotte's daughter. It took until the spring of 2000 for the State of Tennessee to finally execute Coe by poison injection. The family went through Hell during this time as the courts took him nearly to judgement day time after time and in 1996 actually set aside the murder verdict altogether only to have the judge's decision reversed later and the death sentence conviction restored.

As far as I can see Mark Dean Schwab is no better or unusual than Coe. Just kill the SOB and let the family of the murdered girl try and get closure.

The Terri Schiavo thing should tell people all they need to know about Florida. Period.

Let's go back to 49 states.
