Both sets of my granperes came over on the boat. One set from Hungary and the other from Poland. I don't mind celebrating Pat's Day 'cause Pulaski (he does have a statue in Lafayette Park) and Koscuisko have been lost to public memory. Hell, enough Guinness and "Domini, Domini you're all Irish now.'

Still I marvel that Kerry made it to the pres' nominating process before realizing his grandpa was Czech not Irish. Of course he was lying. My marvel is that he got away with it. Then again those Mass voters keep voting for Jackie and getting Teddy.
