Sadly only Five of the Supreme Court Justices voted to protect our rights and honored their oath to the Constitution, but the good new is, they told the Brady moonbats of the world that if they ever tried to attack the 2nd Amendment again, they were instructed to GO TO HELLer!

Don't think for a minute this fight is over. It is only beginning.

Gun Owners scored a victory today, but gun grabbers have been busy for some time in creating new ways to disarm law-abiding citizens.

One was is their Ammunition Coding scheme, with legislation pending in many states right now.

Called bullet serialization by many, California has passed a law requiring handgun firing pins to leave a dinstinctive mark when striking a cartridge.

Serializing would require ammunition be registered when purchased and sold or lent to someone else. The cost could be staggering for law-abiding gun owners while criminals would just continue to steal. Reloading could also be banned under the proposed legislation.

Of course, since criminals now ignore all gun control measures, I'm sure they will rush to adhere to these new measures Confused Rolling Eyes

The NRA filed a lawsuit in Illinois within 15 minutes of the announcement of the decision, suing the City of Chicago to have its gun prohibition law overturned. Keep your powder dry, we're in for a long fight. The gun-grabbers will be really angry now that the Supreme Court has poured Amdro into their termite nest.

I hope every law abiding citizen who has ever suffered under these unconstitutional gun prohibition laws sues every gun grabbing organization and every city who imposed them. Time to get justice for a change.
