I get PO'd whenever I am reminded what the idiots did to you Vets in the 70's. TO - This - DAY, I don't understand how the American public stood by allowing that to happen to America’s best men, and women.
Being 14 when the war ended I had very little exposure to the craziness, but remember the over hearing the disgust my parents had with the way the troops were being treated. The way the punks were acting. When I went into the Navy 5 years later I experienced the prejudice people had toward the military.
