Thousands of fraudulent Democrat voter registrations have been reported in ten states which is of serious concern because ACORN has indicated that it has registered over 1.3 million new voters in its most recent effort alone, which means that its voter registrations since its founding could easily exceed several million registrations.
IMPACT: As of today, we already know that the effect of thousands of bogus Democrat voter registrations would absolutely deny thousands of bonafide Republican and independent voters their constitutional right to participate and be heard in an honest election. This criminal ballot box stuffing puts the entire integrity of the election in serious jeopardy, and there is not sufficient time before the election to assure the American public that the outcome of the election will be not be a total fraud upon the American people. Unlike the "hanging chad" questions resulting from the 2000 Florida election where grave concerns about the validity of the election outcome arose after the election had already been held, this time there is strong evidence of rampant fraud occuring prior to the actual date of the election which clearly requires that the election be postponed to avoid an election that we know in advance will be clouded with severe unreliability. Given the fact that Congress basically ignored the overwhelming public objection to the Wall St. bailout bills, it is even more certain that serious legal action will be needed to postpone the election.
CONCLUSION: Due to the inaction of public officials and the established political parties, the American citizens, whether registered voters or not, must quickly act to protect, preserve and defend their voting rights and their due process rights under the U.S. Constitution and applicable statutes by petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court, all appropriate authorities in the executive and the legislative branches of the Federal government to immediately postpone the election until such time as can be determined that a fair and free election can be held that will not result in the outcome of the election being solely determined by the quantity of fraudulent votes arising from fraudulent voter registrations. The U.S. Supreme Court and the legislative branches of the Federal government have the power to postpone this election, especially given the thousands of felonies committed by ACORN's workers, whereas ACORN is a government-funded liberal organization. It would be a serious dereliction of duty and responsibility for the government to go forward with the election given the well-known pervasive and rampant voter registration fraud and the purposeful attempt to steal this election.
ACTION REQUIRED: In order to keep the Democrat party, the Obama campaign and ACORN from stealing this election, please make a copy of this petition and sign the petition below and send it to all of the Targeted Recipients asking that our Federal government immediately obtain legal authority to postpone the upcoming election until such time as the registration records can be purged of these illegal voter registrations: |

The Supreme Court of The United States, The Senate of the United States, The House of Representatives of the United States, The President of the United States, The United States Department of Justice, The Federal Election Commission, The Republican National Committee, The Constitution Party, The Libertarian National Committee, Inc., The Reform Party of the United States of America and Other Parties In Interest, collectively known as "Petitionees":
Due to the recently-discovered rampant voter registration fraud throughout the nation, we, the people of the United States of America, in order to preserve, protect and defend our voting rights and our rights to due process under the Constitution of the United States, including any/and all other rights thereto arising from the common law and/or any applicable Federal and/or state statues, do hereby petition the Petitionees that the National election, as well as all state and local elections likewise affected, be postponed, delayed and rescheduled until such time as a proper assessment of the damage to the entire credibility of the voting outcome of the election can be reliably determined.
It would be a gross perversion of justice, fairness and the Constitution to allow the election to go forward knowing fully well that there have been thousands of felonies, if not tens of thousands of felonies, purposely commited to deprive legitimate voters of their rights to a fair and honest election and to steal the election for the Democrat party and the Obama campaign. This has been a criminal conspiracy to steal this election and those responsible must be identified and brought to justice and the damage to the integrity of our voter registration system must be corrected prior to holding the election, or all future elections will be forever tainted with distrust.
The purpose of this petition is to peacefully avoid any civil unrest that very might well occur in reaction to what will surely be perceived as a stolen election, were it to go forward with known and rampant fraud destroying its credibility. The American people are so disgusted with government's absolute failure to perform its duties responsibly that public unrest has reached the point at which further failures of government to respond to the people's will is not going to be taken likely, especially if the government goes ahead with what is already known to be an election which is known ahead of time to be totally unreliable due to the rampant voter registration fraud purposefully intended to steal the election.
We, the people of this great nation. believe that this petition is extremely important in this emergency situation in order to satisfactorily resolve this matter quickly.The American people as petitioners believe that, given the circumstances, a postponement of the election is the most prudent course of action to preserve the peace and guarantee the survivability of our Republic as we know it.
In the event that the Petitionees choose to ignore this petition, it is assured that the American people will rise up and seek every means possible to seek legal remedies that will most likely embroil this great nation in turmoil for years to come until the American people are able to reform this woefully ineffective, incompetent and nonresponsive government and the officials who have caused it to be so terribly dysfunctional.
We, the undersigned Petitioners, do hereby respectively petition the Petitionees to postpone, delay and reschedule the National election, as well as any others similarly affected, for the reasons as stated hereinabove. |

Part of the problem we now face is for any real investigation to happen, a discovery of Chinese and this year, in particular, Russian involvement in our elections will take place.
If the American people find out Putin is behind this, are our leaders afraid of demands for war?
Are they afraid of rebellion against the current leadership?
ACORN is a communist organization. Everyone Obama is associated with is a communist.

| If you want to see the blueprint for the Obama campaign (and presidency if he wins), read "Rules for Radicals" by Saul Alinsky. Count the number of times "Change" and "Hope" are used. It is a plan for creating a climate of despair and disfunction and blame it on Capitalism and "religion", especially Christianity, and government and every foundational element of our lives so traditionalists will be more willing to accept a "quiet revolution" and toss off the traditions, values, ideas, rules, laws, and Constitution on which this nation was built and replace it with, essentially, Communism....and it seems to be working if you believe the polls. |

| When our kids were young, they would play a game called "Slug Bug" when we took trips. Every time they saw a VW Beetle, whoever saw it first got to "slug"...gently...the other one. I wonder if ACORN is playing a similar game with some of their "voter registrations". Every time one of their homeless dopehead America-hating Illegals signs up -- AGAIN--, he gets to SLUG Uncle Sam...not gently. |
