GUNNY BOB'S COLUMN DECEMBER 06, 2005: (posted at his website)
America’s Traitors: Hang ‘Em High
Julius and Ethel Rosenberg. Robert Garwood. Clayton Lonetree.
Four Americans with one thing in common: they betrayed their country for personal gain.
In the case of the Rosenbergs, the communist spies and traitors helped their beloved Soviet Union acquire classified intelligence at America’s expense. America’s loss and the Soviet Union’s gain equated to the Rosenberg’s political gain.
Robert Garwood, a Marine in the Vietnam War, was captured and then went over to the enemy’s side in exchange for favorable treatment.
Clayton Lonetree, also a Marine, passed on classified intelligence to the Soviets in exchange for sexual favors.
Note that America never declared war on the Soviet Union or North Vietnam, yet the Rosenbergs, Garwood and Lonetree were all charged and found guilty of crimes based upon treasonous activity: espionage in the case of the Rosenbergs and Lonetree, collaborating with (aiding) the enemy in Garwood’s case.
The Rosenbergs got their due, whereas Garwood and Lonetree got off comparatively light.
Today we have a fresh crop of American traitors. To the great humiliation of the legendary Marine Corps, one is a retired Marine Reserve colonel. Another is a former naval officer. The third is a medical doctor and former governor. All three have openly and brazenly aided the enemy by offering them encouragement and incentive to continue their war against America, and all three have knowingly and willingly insulted the American military and attempted to demoralize the very men and women serving in our armed forces, whose mission it is to defend the Constitution of the United States that guarantees the rights of all Americans.
Yet no charges have been brought against these traitors–Rep. John Murtha, Sen. John Kerry and Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean–and none will, despite their hero status within al Qaeda.
After John Kerry aided the enemy following his service in Vietnam as a naval officer, he was declared a hero of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and even traveled to that nation to receive the honors. Until recently, when it became a political liability, his photo and award hung in the War Remnants Museum there. On CBS’ "Face the Nation" last Sunday, Comrade Kerry again aided the enemy, this time by telling host Bob Schieffer, "And there is no reason, Bob, why young American soldiers need to be going into the homes of Iraqis in the dead of night, terrorizing kids and children . . . "
Naturally, the far-left Schieffer refused to challenge Kerry on this jaw-dropping claim.
Osama grooves on John Kerry.
Last month, in a continuance of his run-for-it doctrine we first saw in the 1990s with America’s attempt to feed the starving in Somalia, Rep. John Murtha gave a big leg up to al Qaeda in Iraq, Abu Musab al Zarqawi and Osama bin Laden, when he demanded that America retreat, surrender and then negotiate with the enemy.
Osama loves John Murtha.
And yesterday, in a radio interview, Howard Dean insisted that the American military was so incompetent and moronic that it stood no chance of victory against al Qaeda in Iraq. Absolutely no chance.
Dean is now on Osama’s Ramadan card list.
The outrageous statements of this treasonous trio directly aided the enemy by giving them marvelous ammunition in their recruiting and propaganda campaigns. That’s called knowingly and willingly aiding the enemy. In the case of Kerry and Murtha, because they have sworn oaths of allegiance to the United States, they are in violation of U.S. Code Title 18, Section 2381, "Treason," which is punishable by death:
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
Sadly, Dean appears to be off the hook when it comes to treason because he has not sworn allegiance to America.
U.S. Code, Title 18, Section 2388 states in part:
"Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully makes or conveys false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the United States or to promote the success of its enemies . . . Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both."
All three members of the treasonous trio are covered by this law.
Even more sadly is the fact that none of these collaborators will be charged. Most Americans simply don’t see treason and aiding the enemy as being all that bad. (This fact will be demonstrated once again by the hate email I will receive from those who loath me for citing the law and speaking the truth.) And purely for political purposes, there’s no way the attorney general of the United States is going to bring charges against them.
Kerry, Murtha and Dean have betrayed their country and aided the enemy for personal gain.
Somewhere, two ropes and prison cell are being wasted.

I am sorry , but if there never was any action taken against "HANOI JANE' who in my opinion should be tried in a court of law. I don't see how or who would take action against the likes of howard dean.
She continues to this day make movies & write books & goes on book tours .
she continues till this day to fund anti American anti military causes.
Even named her Son after a North Vietnamese sharpshooter. _________________ Leeman

And by not getting tough on these people who have obvously hurt our soldiers, cost American lives and aided and abetted our enemies all we are doing is encouraging more of the same.
If these idiots see that they can act with no worry of repurcussions they will only get more bold and hurt our country even more and cost us even more lives.
When are we going to put a stop to this? I think the answer is we aren't going to evidently.

When the Left Wing of the Democratic party placed Dean in the National Chairmanship they signed the death warrant of the party.
In spite of what the Democratic leadership thinks, the majority of the party are just regular folks who are turned off by the comments Dean, Kerry, Kennedy, Pelosi, Reid or Murtha make that undermine our troops and their efforts to protect us all. The more they talk the further the divide widens between the Left and the rest of the party.
President Nixon had a golden chance to prosecute one of the present coconspiritors and let the opportunity pass by. I don't expect President Bush to push a case for treason or sedition during his time in office.
It will be up to the voters to decide if these individuals pay for their High Crimes when they cast their ballots.
These are the times we live in now and the best way to send a message is for all clear thinking Americans is to send their dollars to the candidates who oppose these Treasonous individuals. Removing them forever from the Bully Pulpit they love so much.

The whole thing sickens me. I've called Kerry the traitor he is. I've explained the secret meetings while in uniform with communist NV in Paris. I've explained how Kerry returned to the states and not only gave that horrible testimony and the affect it had on our POWs, but how he followed the directive of the communists, I've linked to show the documents found. It seems so textbook.
I have no intention of letting up, but I will say this, rarely does anyone take me seriously, some even laugh and ask me, if what I say is 'true', why wasn't Kerry charged with a crime. I am absolutely disgusted that nothing was done then and so here we are 35 years later still dealing with it, and not just from Kerry, but by others who are clearly emboldened because nothing WAS ever done. Had Kerry (and Fonda) been made an example of, this would be a non issue and another generation of our troops would not be suffering the same kind of abuse by fellow Americans while at war.
I am grateful for everything the SBVT/POW/MIA's did to prevent Kerry from becoming CIC. They won the battle against Kerry over the Presidency, but the war is far from over yet.
I have to say that I have heard Sean Hannity, moreso than before the election, using 'aid and comfort' terms re: Kerry, Murtha and Dean. But I agree with dusty, nothing will be done to stop it.

I agree with you Dusty in the sense that we are not going to put an end to this insanity because they are at an extreme and not willing to meet anyone in the middle. They are ignorant fools that instead of learning from the past are doomed to repeat it! _________________

Rush's reply to Kerry's stupid comments.
--------------------------------------------
"As I have pointed out all day: "I don't eat doughnuts. I tried it once with ketchup. It doesn't work. I eat Boston cream puffs. I spit most of them out. That's what I eat." So I'm going to eat pastries: Boston cream puffs. But that's his response. Well, you have to ask yourself: What is this response? He doesn't defend what he says, he doesn't try to explain it. He gets in addition we cited it and that's what he got mad at the Swift Boat Vets for. He got mad at the Swift Boat Vets for simply recycling things he'd already said, for recycling things he had already done. You're not supposed to do that. John Kerry is an elitist, a smarter-than-anybody-else-in-the-world Democrat and liberal. We are honored to be in his presence. We are never to question him. We don't have the intelligence to question him. We don't have the intelligence to understand the deep nuance of his brilliance. So he's righteously indignant and offended that we repeated what he said. It's patently obvious the man expects to get away with no reaction, no analysis of his comments. He's a former presidential candidate. He's a hopeful future presidential candidate. He is a United States Senator -- and yet he considers himself to be above scrutiny.
We aren't to scrutinize John Kerry. We are to bow down! We barely are to look at him. Only a precious few of us can ever look at him. We are to bow down as he goes by. We are to oooh and ahhh in deep reverence at the brilliance of his utterings. The guy is an arrogant, conceited snob, folks. But he can't defend what he says. He doesn't even try. He lashes out in schoolyard-mentality lingo at people who simply recited what he said. The notion, the notion that these people are on the side of the troops is dispelled by this current debate. They want you to think so, when Kerry says, "Troop safeeeety...decorated veeeeteran, uh, I'm a decorated veteraaaaan! Mehlman and Limbaugh wouldn't know a thing about troop safety."
The troops are in the danger business. Troop safety is not the mission. Victory is the mission. But it is not the Democrats' mission, and so none of what Kerry said is surprising to me. It's very, very consistent. The Democrats are invested in defeat. The Democrats are hoping and praying, trying to secure defeat. How in the world can they turn around at any point and say they are invested in the troops? The troops' job is victory." _________________ 8th Army Korea 68-69

One could (but I won't) alibi Fonda because she was a dumb, lousy actress. Murtha and Kerry have no such excuse. Their words from the hallowed Capitol Building give supposed credence to our enemy's that Fonda could never enjoy.
What PO's me is the bottles of booze I'm having to buy and store: I just had one to be opened only when Fonda got a call from the Maker. Now I have had to buys similar bottles for Kerry and Murtha. _________________ Kerry...Hanoi Jane...Murtha: same-same

Kerry should have been hung years ago for being a traitor. Dean is just a laughing stock idiot. Murtha might be in the early stages of alzheimer's. |

Kerry’s office is fighting back against the distortions of Kerry’s statements in his Face the Nation interview. Kerry spokesman David Wade said the following:
“Ken Mehlman’s filthy and shameful lie about a decorated combat veteran is disgraceful. Political hack Ken Mehlman and draft dodging, donut eating Rush Limbaugh have something in common. Neither of them know anything about how to make American troops safe. John Kerry will continue to speak out about how to succeed in Iraq and protect brave American troops.” |

You can add that scum wikileaks jerk, Julian Assange, to the list of traitors.
He should be charged with treason, tried and hanged. _________________ Swift Boats - Qui Nhon (12/69-4/70), Cat Lo (4/70-5/70), Vung Tau (5/70-12/71) |
