Quote: | McCain’s warning to House Republicans came as he and Senate Foreign Relations Chairman John Kerry (D-Mass.) introduced their own bipartisan joint resolution that authorizes limited U.S. forces in Libya for a fixed period of time -- essentially, what Obama is already doing. Unlike a regular resolution, a joint resolution carries the force of law, so passage of their measure would send a stronger message of support from Congress on what the White House is orchestrating in Libya. |
And people get mad when you call McCain a liberal or a RINO. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

McCain sold out the POW/MIA's along with Kerry years ago.
That either one of these poseurs remain in the senate is a travesty. _________________ Clark County Conservative |

Ghadaffi replacement will be just as bad as Ghadaffi, if not worse. Nato is just prolonging the conflict. We are wasting money, and killing Libyans, for nothing. anybody who thinks that there will democracy in Egypt, Tunisia or Libya, is naive. |

Their kind sold out the entire South Vietnamese and Cambodian people, who would have remained strong U.S. allies in that region...and now they "get religion" about the Lybian "freedom fighters", who will probably empower the Muslim Brotherhood and all the other West-hating Muslim terrorists organizations as quickly as they take power. Once a Communist/Dictator/Authoritatian-lover, always one. _________________ Find the perfect babysitter, petsitter, or tutor -- today! |

Rumors are flying that Sarah Palin may run for the Senate in Arizona. What a turn of events: if she runs and wins, instead of being POTUS and VEEP, McCain and Palin would both be Arizona's two U.S. Senators. Maybe someone could get Obama to run for Mayor of Chicago next go around and let someone else be POTUS...not likely. _________________ Find the perfect babysitter, petsitter, or tutor -- today! |

Yes, rumor. However, the guy that will be running to replace retiring Senator Jon Kyl, is current Congressman Jeff Flake, and IMO, Flake will be unbeatable.
If I had my druthers, Flake would be replacing McCain, and Kyl would remain. _________________ No whiners! |

If I had my druthers, Kerry would have been in Ft. Leavenworth since the day he testified to congress on the atrocities committed in Vietnam until the day he dies busting big rocks into little rocks. _________________ Left and Wrong are the opposite of Right! |

I couldn't vote for McCain. I stayed home instead.
Exactly for the reason you just pointed out. |
