Any possibility that any of the following might be available concerning PCF-94 when Kerry commanded her?... Deck logs, engineering reports or
after action reports prepared by the Task Element Commander (CTE in the Spot Reports) which was often just the senior OinC on a 4-5 Boat mission. I understand that if nothing material happened nothing was recorded or reported by individual OinCs. But Kerry suggests that several incidents of material importance occured that I think should have been reported. Also, many OinCs and POinCs kept personal war logs in spiral bound student style notebooks bought at Base Exchanges. Does such exist regarding Kerry's tour of duty? |
