Now I know that the swiftvets are not saying that John Kerry "shot himself" to get medals, and therefore help his political carrer.. but is it not a coincidence that the younger JFK attempted to follow the footsteps, at least seemingly of his Hero JFK the fallen president? Is it believed that he went to VietNam specificly to help a future political carrer?
If so, is it possible that Kerry would have voted "for" the war, only so he could oppose it later, just as he joined a war.. only to give him an issue to begin his carrer on??
I heard the Doctor who says John Kerry is lying about the purple heart say that the only reason he remembers the "kerry wound" is that Kerry's enlisted guys were telling his enlisted men that this is the next JFK from Mass, and that he was going to be president someday. Paraphrased.
