I served as a corporal in Germany 1953-4 during the Korean War. Just one imperial aggression after another as the leftwing press would say. Admittedly we might have been more nuanced with Hitler and Ho, but one wonders what the world would be like today. No need to wonder about S. Korea versus N. Korea or Vietnam. John Kerry's "sensitivity and nuance" may be valuable diplomatic tools, but not when confronted by fascism, communism and terrorism. These are truly black and white issues, like life and death. With the unique challenges America faces today I can't imagine Kerry providing leadership, consistency or even coherance as president. Swiftvets is performing a timely service by revealing his long record of duplicity. Everyone should read "Unfit for Command." |
