| Is it true that all 527 Organizations including Swiftvets will have to stop advertising by Septembet 2nd. An if it is true what advertising does it apply to. |

Normally you are right, but there are exceptions. MoveOn is an exception because it is listed as a PAC and PACs are exempt. It is my understanding that the SBVT are also exempt from this deadline because of a filed extension/exemption. I am not a lawyer, so I am the wrong one to ask for specifics, but O'Neill is a lawyer and a darn good one. If the Dems think that we go black after 2 Sep, they may be in for a rude suprise.
