If these men are tried, it should not be because they took an antiwar stance, but because they collaborated with the Vietnamese to an extent, and that was harmful to the other American POW's. These men should bear some censure so that in future wars there won't be a precedent for conduct that hurts this country.

I agree. Patton's son also said Kerry gave aid and comfort to the enemy.
