Yep. He just said it. When Pat Buchanan repeatedly explained how Kerry lied about the "Christmas in Cambodia" story [and did so repeatedly] Chris Matthews shut Buchanan down by saying "I couldn't care less."

Don't try to give Chris Matthews the truth. He isn't interested.

I turned it off after that ridiculous statement. Have you noticed that Doug Brinkley who could answer most of these questions just sits there. Perhaps he will get around to asking, but I doubt if Chris asks if he will release Kerry's journals.
