Poll results at 1:56 PM EDT

Should Swift Boat Veterans remove their ads:

No 69%
Yes 31%

At least at the Fox News website, more than 2/3 agree with SBVT.

Odd thing is, if they did the same poll at CNN, the numbers would be reversed...

But then, CNN's polling system is crooked and doesn't count some votes that disagree with their initial bias.

Well, at Fox News you've got Brit Hume and Sean Hannity and Fred Barnes and, to some extent, Mort Kondracke pushing the SBVT story, so Fox viewers see that SBVT is on to something!

Interestingly enough, Rasmussen did a poll about a month ago, before the first SBVT ad, and found that about 65% of Fox News viewers favored Bush, while CNN viewers favored Kerry by a smaller margin, and NPR listeners were over 70% for Kerry.

Now, who says the media don't influence the vote?

There is also a link on that same page to email the FoxNews team about: " Should the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth end their ad campaign?".

They want you to send them an email at this address: speakout@foxnews.com

with this in the subject line: Should the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth end their ad campaign?

For Sgt.James

No, that's not it...

Fox news viewers are fairly conservative and it's much harder for ** to intentionally skew the poll. ("DU this poll!")

Also on that same page, it asks for your opinion on the swiftees. It is an email to fox when you click on the link. It would be a grand idea to participate in that also.

"Unscientific" polling data ... what that means, really, is that conservatives go to FOX, liberals to CNN. Since the user must intentionally seek out the site, random sampling is not possible.
