Whats the status on Kerry's silver star with a "V" for supposed valor.
News I've read is that a "V" is unauthorized for the Silver Star.
How is the Kerry camp explaining this?

I don't think they have; I don't think they can (other than to have Kerry give it up and admit it was a mistake....which is possible actually).

It is clearly improper.
