I have been watching, with religous dedication, all the talk shows I can- Scarborough, Hannity&Colmes, O'Reilly, McNeill-Lehrer, Chris Mathews, C-Span's Washington Journal. I have saved every article I can find on the web.
The battle swords are crossed and I heartily and sincerely recommend that the Swifties site show a link to all these transcripts because when the Kerryites present their version you will read and hear about it the next day on your local shows and in your local newspapers. There is no doubt that the "news" establishment (print and media) is solidly behind Kerry (they were some of the protesters themselves) and the general public will only hear one side.
Someone in the group should take it upon themselves to answer all the slurs, distortions and character assassinations as THEY HAPPEN and put it up on the website.
And they should link to any article or show that has an article or swiftie as a guest. |
