Fox and Friends reported that SwiftVets are asking Kerry to stop calling group members because he shouldn't be coordinating with 527s..

Yes...I don't think the law specifies whether the 527's are friendly or hostile 
However one could view his calls as interference in a 527, i.e., trying to sway it to alter its message and represent the caller more favorably.
