Why does the attempted supression of critical political ads seem to be taking precedent over 1st Amendment freedom of speech? Better a "stupid" question like this then to remain in confusion.

It's not stupid! I've mentioned it too - hmm maybe on a different site. lol! It's true though. Michael "butthead" Moore is allowed to express his opinions so why can't the SBVT?

I'm guessing that only Liberal Democrats are allowed to speak the truth.
All other's speech must therefore be  smear, inuendo, and lies.

Like many cover-ups, the cover-up can become a bigger story than the crime itself.
Kerry's political incompetence and fascist tendencies has the makings of a big story on it's own.
Kerry sure whines a lot for a "war hero".
