This is to Oliver North's column tonight.
Read David Limabugh, his is terrific as is Rober Novaks and maybe
others as I have not finished reading them all yet.
Oliver's is the best, David's is quite funny. _________________ Swiftvets rock! |

Damn!!!
Ya know, I was working along the same lines as Ollie back in 84-89. The guys I worked with loved him - me too
He is a good one to have on our side.

Ollie is a true hero, we couldn't have a better person on our side. Outstanding!
He was the only embedded journalist I saw during the Iraq invasion that was actually doing anything worthwhile, that meant a lot to me. I watched him on an ammo run in a chopper, he was throwing crates. |

You can say that again. He's been very deliberate about all this. Now he strikes, and does it well. Was it not Kerry who hammered him in the Iran-Contra hearings? |

Thanks for bringing this excellent column by Ollie North to my attention.
I've written to North, by email, to see if he will permit me to photocopy and distribute around Boston as I protest Kerry's Smear Campaign Against the Vets -- the smear campaign of his lies in 71, and the new Smear campaign against SBVT _________________ Ted Harwood, Ph.D.

When did John Kerry travel to Iraq to assess the situation on the ground and talk with our troops? Hmmm...as of May, 2004...
April 16, 2004
Notes from the Pentagon
Staying home
Some of the Senate's most vehement Democratic critics of policies in Iraq have never gone there during the war. We obtained a copy of an official list of all the members of Congress who have visited Iraq since May.
We count 211 members, including 37 senators. Missing from the traveling senators are Sens. John Kerry of Massachusetts, the presumptive party presidential nominee; Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts; Robert C. Byrd of West Virginia; Richard J. Durbin of Illinois; and Byron L. Dorgan of North Dakota.

Ollie personifies what an officer is all about - he 'took one' for Reagan and knew what loyalty meant. Gotta love that guy. |

Ollie said Quote: | Even Jane Fonda apologized. Will you, John? |
A coaxed apology during an election year...from JOHN KERRY...would be totally unbelievable.
He's had 33 years to apologize. It's simply too damn late for him to apologize in a believable manner.
He's also a delusional pathological liar, and his tactics against the Swifties has clearly demonstrated he's unfit for command.
I really wish they'd stop offering him this "free pass". It's offering Kerry and the media the perfect propaganda weapon against the Swifties.
They're main concern is that the Swifties will siphon attention away from the RNC propaganda-fest in NY. This is why conservatives are leaving the Republican party in droves. _________________ "Medals do not make a man. Morals do."-Don Bendell

He not only should say he is sorry - but give money (the equal by today's standards proceeds from 'new soldier' and more) to the homeless shelters and men's group homes that are filled with vietnam vets that couldn't get past what lack of support back home can do to you... |
