Here is an interesting article about the Vietnamese reaction to Kerry. My favorite part:

"Nguyen believes that the war was wrong in the way that it was fought, not in its intent. He says that the war cause was just, and that the actions of the North afterwards demonstrate that. "We fought to prevent what actually happened. Senator Kerry has ignored the aftermath of the war, the wholesale persecution in the south, the tragedies and the torture."

Man,

It just burns me up that Kerry has been kicking South Vietnamese supporters and immigrants in the teeth for over THIRTY YEARS, to say nothing of American veterans.

This is the same guy that, when DOCUMENTED CASES of AMERICAN POW sightings in Vietnam came up during the special Senate committee in the early 1990's, tried to shred and suppress that documentation so he could quickly "normalize" relations with Vietnam.

Schanberg's Village Voice Article

He has no respect for Vietnam veterans and no respect for the South Vietnamese people.

He has spit on both continually since he got himself a quick trip home.

well, he hs stayed true to the communists and Hanoi...
and the Sandinista, and Cuba, and N. Korea, and socialist France, and.....

This is what the VFW and American Legion needs to be brought up to speed on. Since they fought communism for over 50 years. Evil or Very Mad

If John Kerry wants to talk about the war, they would like to talk to him about it too. After all, they were there.

A savvy writer who throws the gaunlet down for John Kerry to pick up!
