Imagine Johnson or Nixon saying, "you know the vietnam war was a big mistake, but as president didn't I perform marvelously."
Essentially that is what John Kerry would like us to believe that he participated in the most corrupt war, but man was he good at it.
Kinda like a car salesman bragging about how many Ford Pintos he sold.
