What does Kerry asking Bush to shut down Swift Boat Vets have to do with due process where the 1st Amendment protections of the Swift Boat Vets are concerned? Isn't it for a court of law to decide if SBVT should be silenced?

Kerry's mentality just makes the allegations of his giving dubious orders to his Swift Boat crew more real.
