Part of the basis for my giving credibility to the Swift Boat Vets is the demeanor of John O'Neil. On news interviews Mr. O'Neil gives me the impression that he is very intelligent while being humble, honest and sincere. On the other hand, John Kerry seems to be such a bitter man. (George Bush is also not the monster that John Kerry would seemingly have everybody believe.)
The bottom line is that even if John Kerry had the best product on the market to sell me, I wouldn't necessarily want to deal with the man.
Thank You |

I surely agree with your assessment of John Oneil . He has exhibited such logic, honesty, and humility. I have been so impressed with his demeanor. I wish he would consider running for public office !!! |

Oneill is the man the made me realize that the Swiftvets are the real deal. Like you say, his character is top notch and his testimony believable. Anyone who calls Oneill a liar has no character themselves. They are just ho's for Kerry. _________________ "And no pair has been more wrong, more loudly, more often, than the two Senators from Massachusetts, Ted Kennedy and John Kerry"

Yes, the thought that O'Neil should be the one running for President instead of Kerry had also crossed my mind. In my opinion Kerry "distinguished" himself as THE democratic party presidential candidate by winning "the next person to walk through the door contest" at one point. Yes, there were 10+ Democrat candidates at one point I believe so there were other factors - I just wish I could put my finger on one of them. Good time to shut up. |

I overlooked that a previous poster said public office as opposed to President with regards to John O'Neil. But it's the thought that counts. |
