Useful soundbites for any speaking at Rallies by Vets against Kerry:

"Some democratic politicians and pundits are complaining that the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth and their allies are opening old wounds from the Vietnam era that took years to heal and should remain closed.

To that I would say: people like Kerry and others in the extreme Leftwing of the anti-war movement created those wounds. It was their knives that cut the flesh of brave soldiers, marines, sailors returning from Vietnam.

The wound of betrayal can never heal!"

For any POW wives who were part of Sybil Stockdale's group of wives trying to improve conditions in the Hanoi Hilton, who can be recruited to speak at a rally:

"While we wives were trying to get conditions for our men in prison in North Vietnam improved, to get them medical care and stop the abuse, John Kerry was providing, with his false claims of "war crimes," justification to the North Vietnamese for continuing abuse of our men."
