Read the first paragraph in this NOTEBOOK article in Time Magazine's online edition written by Karen Tumulty and Timothy Burger. Here's the URL:

Bias is evident in the first paragraph where they suggest that the SwiftVets' claims don't have to be taken seriously because they have been "contradicted by eyewitnesses and Naval records." This is laughable! To the contrary, the forensic evidence on Kerry's medals, from even Kerry's own diary, credible witnesses, throws at least some of those medals into doubt. Moreover, his 1971 testimony is PURE FACT and can't possible be spun.
