I'm just an average guy from an average city in the US. My father served 14 years, I have two brothers that served as well. I'm a professional musician and a proud American.
I want you to know that the stereo type that all musicians are leftys or pro Kerry is HOGWASH.
Everyone in my band (my bass player served in the Navy!) is behind you 100%. We enjoy our lives and our ability to have families and play music because of good people like each and every one of you and your service to the greatest nation on earth.
It's long overdue to set the record straight about the war. Someone (you) finally had the guts to do it and at a very high cost I'm sure.
Remember, people will believe a group of average (not so average though) guys that served over some slick mouthed politician.
