The main stream media, either because they Kerry shills or lazy, or both has made much of the Kerry mantra that the only people who knew, or could have known, what was happening were on Kerry’s boat. Civilian readers or viewers simply accept this as they do not understand that swift boats worked close to each other and that the crew on other boats (especially officers that would have been better briefed on the overall operation of the mission) would know as well, or better.
I recall reading that some of Kerry’s band of brothers served with him for as little as 6 days. One (Alston) may not have been on his boat at all.
Are these 13 “brothers” the only people available that served on his boat. I realize he only served 3 months there so perhaps these 13 are all that served directly under him (other than Steve Gardner). But are there any others that were on his boat? Has anyone made an effort to locate any other Kerry crewmen? _________________ 1/9th Air Cav
