Admin bear with me.

As I mentioned from earlier posts I plan on being at the demonstration and am organizing, through my son, for students from American University to attend. We have since expanded that to include his friends from the University of Maryland (College Park) and George Washington U.) and other schools through the young Republicans organizations on other campuses. Despite the reputations, there are some really sound minded Gen Xers attending these schools. As an example the Gen Xer in this forum has posted some very thoughtful comments.

We will be gathering under a banner "Students for Truth". If you have family, friends or neighbors who are students in the DC area or near by ask them to attend and look for the banner.

In the next couple of days my son and his crew will be placing handbills in the student lounges of the schools with details.

I think it will send a message to the far left academic elite ( a major Kerry support group) that there are still young people in this country that understand and appreciate the sacrifices made by veterans on their behalf.

As I mentioned to my son, students should be neatly dressed (whatever that means now a days) and well behaved because they will be in the presence of American heroes. Also there will be no outward displays of political affiliation (this is solely in support of the vets!)

If you know kids (sorry, young adults) let me know where they are and we will attempt to get handbills to their campuses. I already have some signs from the F & F endeavors. More to come on this next week.
