Kerry proposed cancelling the MX Missile, the B-1 Bomber, Star Wars, the Aegis Cruiser, the AH-64 helicopter, the F-15 Fighter. the F-14A Fighter, the F-14D Fighter, the Phoenix missile and the Sparrow missile in 1984.

Many of these weapons systems are still being used today and are the backbone of today's military.
