Could those like Thurlow who object to some of what appears on their citations, in the interest of justice, and accuracy, appeal to BCNR? Would that necessitate the public disclosure of the original source of such reports? |

question---the Kerry camp has already started saying it may be oversight by admin....what is the truth? what is the impact? Is it possible Kerry did something illegal or is it admin oversight? _________________ Never Ever Give Up

Kerry as the seperating servicemember has an absolute responsibility to affirm the veracity of his DD214 and other military records on receipt. Failure to do so and worse posting false information is a criminal offense. The Navy is investigating this for a reason. _________________ -Polaris

Go ahead and let John Kerry claim it was a simple little typo. We will then openly question him about his capacity to be President if he cant even keep his military records in order. He loses anyway it goes. |

No, I meant with regard to definitively getting confirmation on the source of the 13 MAR spot report. Clearly it reads like Kerry. I suspect BCNR has a limitation period. But I suspect, in this kind of situation, they'd waive the restriction. In order to get to the bottom of his citation, they'd have to investigate what's still in the Naval Archives. Might be interesting. Wouldn't need a SF-180 that way, at least on the 13 MAR questions.
mmmm. |
