We have 60 or so days before the election and the Kerry team is obviously in a state of shock. The MSM is realizing they can't save this candidate. Everyones crediibilty is on the line.

I find it ironic that the press and the Kerry campaign all make allegations about the president lying, being mean spirited, and virtually saying that he has no soul. But when you look at their candidate their accusations become the truth about themselves. It's like they are preaching fire prevention while their own house is burning and they yell even louder at you about your house when you point out the smoke coming from theirs.

When they finally decide it is time to put out their fire....they will run back, through a little water on it, and come back with another candidate. But will not put out their own fire. So it makes no difference who the candidate is. Kerry is the guy out front right now...but he won't be for much longer. I am willing to start the debate as to who is going to replace him now. I submit that Wesley Clark will be thrown at us next.

I took a walk in my nieghborhood today, counted 23 Bush yard signs and only one Kerry. I know the people with the kerry sign, they moved up to Spokane from Caliporna. They are nice people but need some education other than our local newspaper, which carries water for kerry. P.S. I need to get a Bush yard sign myself!

Kerry is not going to quit, this will come down to an election.

But if he did quit by some miracle, then the SVFT would have accomplished their goal of keeping Kerry from becoming president. Then it doesn't really matter who took his place, as long as it isn't John Fonda Kerry. Some of them would probably vote for his replacement, from what I've gathered.

60 days is a LOT of time in the political process - it ain't over 'till the fat lady sings and she's still home taking a shower.

I expect candidate Kerry and the DU to get MUCH nastier in the next 60 days (hardly seems possible, does it?). The DU will do EVERYTHING they can think of to get Kerry elected.

There is NO WAY, NO HOW the dems can eat enough crow to replace candidate Kerry.

Speculation on things the dems might do ARE HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE on this forum IMHO!

Keep your focus on candidate Kerry's lies - I expect to see LOTS more before the fat lady sings!

Believe me after all that has happened I am a bit perplexed that he is even the candidate. I know the MSM will carry water for him but even the most rabid fan has to admit his teams weaknesses.

Think about it like a football team. You know darnwell that the Dems wish now that you could have a " back=up" candidate right now. They would be calling him right now to win the game. Because they know thier guy should not even be in the pros. Heck they are down ( metaphoriacally) 42-7 in the 4th quarter with 5:00 left on the clock. They are not going to let it come down to a few hail marys. They will call for the back-up to see if he can win it for them because they still think they have a chance....just need the right guy now. Heck they might throw someone else out their and with Kerry's vanity he will try to run in Ralph Naders spot....he will run as the independant.,,,,,OMG that would be hillarious.!!!!!

Ann Coulter (bless her heart) lays it all out in her book Slander.

Almost everything she describes in that book written 2 years ago is happening today. And it is SO transparent to those who are aware of it.

And the MSM still doesn't get it!!

There is one scenario that is plausible.
Kerry removes himself due to some kind of health issue.

Edwards moves up and Hilary is added.

Might be possible.

I witnessed the Toricelli Laudenburg switcher roo.
It worked, that means they'll do it again.

Kerry's camp is too silent for my taste right now.

He should get hold of a boat and go to Fla to rescue someone.

I think the dems and the MSM should cut thier losses and run away from Kerry.....they MIGHT be able to restore some credibility in 4 years. Ya, right! Rolling Eyes

Not me - never gloat over polls, never trust polls - polls can lie.

We cannot even appear to rest on our laurels with a few triumphs under our belts.

Two months is forever in an election. Anything can happen.

We can't let up - we must continue our email campaigns, letter-writing, lobbying against Kerry right up to the last poll closing on election day.

We need to go for more than a win - we need to push for an absolute landslide - something that the leftists and anarchists and socialists cannot ignore. A landslide that the mainstream media cannot ignore.

We need to send a message that Americans do NOT accept a dishonorable, lying, self-serving politician such as John Kerry as a viable candidate for our leader.

Celebrate the victories and don't let the inevitable downturns discourage you - but, keep the pressure on just as you're doing.

2 months is an eternity, just look at what happened to Kerry in the month of august. he went from leading Bush by 4 or 5 points when the swiftvets hit then he dropped 11 points below Bush after 21 days. Also keep in mind polls are not an accurate indicator of how well voting will go. Remember the polls before the dem primaries, Howard Dean had a 15 point lead before Iowa then came the vote and he ended up losing by a landslide.

Cant become complacent, i wont feel comfortable until every state turns red and the margin is 25-30 points instead of a mere 11.

Please do not "count your chickens before they hatch"!

If you think you've got them down then double your efforts instead of contemplating a victory lap.

I've said this before and I'm saying it again - at times like this the Liberals get real dangerous - get real kooky.

The thing to do is to keep the pressure on. Keep them off message.

I'm just waiting for the next swift salvo to be fired. Wanna bet it's going to be different than the ads being run so far? By now the MSM has been conditioned to expect an ad released every week. Need to do something different this time to throw things for a loop.

I would love to get a Swift Boat Vets yard sign. Do we have anything like that?

Much too early to celebrate now!

These things can change overnight.

And anything other than a clear and resounding defeat in the contested states is going to be spun as a voter fraud situation by the Kerry camp. We certainly don't need a replay of the Florida 2000 scenario in a number of states.
