Consider what we all know as fact:

...Kerry slandered all Vietnam Era Veterans
...His record in the senate is thin.
...His attendance record in the senate is abysmal.
...He's been indecisive about a plethora of very important issues
...He voted to authorize war, but voted against funding the troops.
...He has a long and poor record regarding support for weapons and national security programs, including trying to further gut our intelligence operations and funding.

After taking all of this into consideration, I'm left with one conclusion: The joke is on us. The Dems really do have a sense of humor. They looked around--the othe lunatics had already fallen by the wayside--and they said: who is the biggest A-hole in congress we can send to run against Bush? Why not? Our people hate Bush anyway, so it makes absolutely no difference who we select. Then let's select the biggest ****-*** we have available.
