I have searched the resource site, but still to no avail. Does anyone have a legitimate source for this?

I don't know that Kerry actually said that, but General Vo Ngyuen Giap and Colonel Bui Tin have both stated that without the help of the American anti-war movement, they never would have prevailed.

Kerrys VVAW and Jane Fonda were given credit by N. Vietnam for aiding in their final victory by undercutting the Morale of the U.S. Population. Allowing the North to gain what they needed most, time to rebuild their Military and hinder support here in the U.S. that otherwise had them defeated.
I do not think Kerry has actually ever stated to the North that they had Won, but he did meet with represenatives of the N. Vietnames Govt. in Paris, and brought their "Peace Plan" home and tried to sell it to the American people.

and listen to the excerpts I think Gaither, you will hear what the
Vietnamese told the POWs.
You are asking for a definitive statement but the only people
the North Vietnamese repeated these statements over and over
to were our POWs. Listen to their statements.
You will find the Truth.
