After waiting three weeks for my copy from Amazon, today I was in COSTCO in Concord, California (land of fruits and nuts), and lo, there was an entire stack of the books there.

Costco also has the book in the Carmel Mountain and San Marcos stores in the San Diego area.

The book is still selling. A week ago the Carmel Mountain store had 64 copies and today it has 48 copies.

A month or so ago I purchased two copies and am circulating them among friends.
