Cruised over to Kerry Website to check out Silver Star Citation and
noticed in the citation it lists Kerry as member of the Naval Reserves.
Went back to his military bio and that says he volunteered for the Navy.
Subtle, but is very major, as Kerry has shown a propensity to tweak
and pad his military resume, and the fact that Kerry compared Bush's service in the Guard the same as running off to Canada.
This would make a cute little ad, my husband still asks me if it's true
Kerry was in Reserves as everyone on MSM still says Navy.
Navy Reserves = National Guard, why try to hide it? |

Naval Academy graduates are for the most part, commissioned as Regular Navy.
Nearly all other officers are Naval Reserve until they accept the rank of 04, LCDR, Lt. Commander. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

No, he was considered a Naval Officer with a Reserve Commission, just like almost every other Non-Naval Academy grad officer. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~
