A simple short radio ad about "Sign the 180" would carry alot of weight because :
1) Its not accusing Kerry of anything (implying but not accusing)
2) It would mirror the grumblings from the MSM and the SHOUTING from the Internet about not having all of his Naval records.
This ad could be run on radio for alot less than TV spots.

Although the best ads are short, it would have to explain to non-veterans what a Form 180 is, even if it's a short sentence like "to have the Navy release all of John Kerry's combat and medical records to the public".
The ad could also mention that only six pages out of over 100 have been released thus far!
We clueless non-veterans need better information!

The point of the ad would be to get the MSM to repeat it ... The general public would then get educated by a talking head ... small money big exposure ...
