I think Reagan really was up there in stature with Washington, Lincoln & FDR, but I think we should leave Mt Rushmore alone.

I agree with you Nakona. I believe Reagan to be the best president in my lifetime, but I don't think rushmore should be added to.

Maybe in another 50 years....when the partisan wrangling over his presidency fades in to history.

No, not even then.

Mt Rushmore is art, not a living gallery to be added to.

However, it would be nice if we could get Reagan on our currency, partially because it would honor him and partially because it would aggravate the hell out of the same people on ** who were p¡ss¡ng all over his grave this past week.

Hehe, I agree with this part even more. I heard them saying something about Reagan on 20's mentioned on the radio. I didn't hear the whole thing though.

Nice pic bandit,
I just might pinch and post it in my travels. Cool
Test of time is required.
I would guess a comemoritive coin on Reagans 100th anniversary birth year would be step one. ( 2011 )
I understand the mountain may not hold up to another face.
Speaking of coins, the quarter for ? Vermont? with it's stone "Old man of the mountain" choice on the back.... well... I hear pollution/corrosion/erosion combo disintagrated it all ready Crying or Very sad .
